Group Lessons

Groups fill up on their own — no calls needed

Create group lessons with a set number of spots. Clients book online, the trainer sees the participant list, and memberships are deducted automatically.

Set up a group in a minute

Set the date, time, trainer, service, and maximum number of participants, and your group slot is ready. Turn on online booking, and riders can join the group themselves through the public page or mobile app.

From the schedule or the trainer dashboard, click "Create group lesson." Once the group hits its participant limit, booking automatically closes for new clients.

Trainers see who's coming

Before a lesson, the trainer opens the group slot in their dashboard and sees the full participant list with contacts and payment status. They can add a rider manually or mark the group as completed afterward.

The participant list updates with every new booking or cancellation. The trainer can also assign a horse to each participant manually.

Memberships work for groups too

If a rider books a group lesson using an active membership, a session is deducted automatically on booking. Without a membership, the client books at full price.

The system checks for a membership on every group booking. The deduction happens immediately; on cancellation, the admin decides whether to return the session to the balance.

Clients see open spots

On the public page, clients see group lessons along with how many spots are open. They book with a single tap — no calls, no messages. Once the group is full, booking simply closes.

Group slots with online booking enabled appear on the public calendar alongside individual lessons. The number of open spots updates in real time.

Full control over the group

Change the number of spots, add or remove participants, complete or cancel a group — all managed in a few clicks from the admin panel or trainer dashboard.

Both admins and trainers have full access to manage groups: changing parameters, manually booking students, reviewing payments, and marking a lesson complete.
