We are not registered for value added tax in the European Union. Supplies to business customers are invoiced without VAT under the reverse charge mechanism, and the customer accounts for VAT in their own member state.

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Nothing here affects a consumer's right to go to court, and mandatory consumer protection in your own country of residence applies regardless of the governing law named in our Terms of Use.
