Horses rest on schedule

Set weekly rest days for each horse and block specific dates for the farrier, vet, or a competition. When booking, the system automatically checks availability — a resting horse won't be assigned to a lesson.

You configure rest days and exceptions in each horse's profile. Every booking checks whether the horse is free at that date and time. If no horse is available, the slot simply won't appear on the online calendar.

Editing and rescheduling lessons

Plans changed? Edit the time, trainer, or horse right on the booking. Need to move a lesson to another day? Use the reschedule feature — the system checks trainer and horse availability and won't let you create a clash.

When you reschedule a lesson, the original booking is automatically canceled and a new one is created with the updated details. If the student used a membership session, the balance is recalculated automatically.

Exceptions for trainers and horses

Trainer heading to a competition? Horse booked in with the farrier? Add an exception for specific dates, and those times become unavailable for booking. Plan ahead, and the system enforces the rules.

Exceptions are created individually for each trainer and horse. Specify the dates and a reason (vacation, illness, competition), and the online calendar updates automatically.
